世の中のほとんどの人は放射能は収束出来ないと思っている。

Most people in the world think that radioactivity cannot converge.

しかしそれは間違いだ。

But that's a mistake.

私はかねてより口が酸っぱくなるほど声を大にして提唱している。

I have been advocating so loudly that my mouth is sour.

現存の科学技術ではもちろん無理である。

Of course, it is impossible with existing science and technology.

ではどうしたらよいのか。

So what should we do?

実は至極簡単なのである。

It's actually very easy.

放射能無力化の法則は宇宙律をもってして実現できる！

The law of incapacitating radioactivity can be realized with the cosmic law!

それにはニューサイエンスにおける三種の神器が必要だ。

① ヘリウム②サウンド③レーザーである。

(1) Helium (2) Sound (3) Laser.

① は超流動ヘリウムと呼ばれるもので、これは摩擦のない物質だ。

① is called superfluid helium, which is a friction-free substance.

絶対零度に限りなく近い。

It is as close to absolute zero as possible.

これは大宇宙空間と似ている。

This is similar to outer space.

実はわれらの住んでいる宇宙は巨大なる超電導空間であり、宇宙そのものの電気抵抗はゼロと考えていい。

In fact, the universe in which we live is a huge superconducting space, and the electrical resistance of the universe itself can be considered to be zero.

超電導の中では物質は空間に浮遊している。

In superconductivity, matter is floating in space.

リニアモーターカー等の原理はこれである。

摩擦のない世界と電気抵抗のない世界は似ている。

だから銀河や星々は宇宙に回転しながら浮いているのだ。

星以外の宇宙は何もない真空状態ではなく、それは水のような性質を持ったものなのである。

われわれの宇宙空間は海そのものだ。

すなわち①超流動ヘリウムは宇宙空間だと捉えてさしつかえない。

That is, (1) Superfluid helium can be regarded as outer space.

そこに②のサウンドを付与する。

Add the sound of ② to it.

サウンドこそが宇宙律である。

Sound is space law.

このサウンドはワードを伴ったものだ。

ドーナツ型の容器が透明であればその動きが確認できるであろう。

律に従い、上下左右・回転等の動きを見せる。

ドーナツ型の容器の中心にはコイルを仕込んでおく。

これは波動を伝えるアンテナの役割でもある。

この宇宙律を得た超流動ヘリウムの波動を③レーザーを用いて送信する。
