敵基地の無力化とは、レーザーでピンポイントに相手を狙うことだ。

Neutralizing an enemy base means pinpointing the opponent with a laser.

レーザーで瞬時に敵の基地を攻撃する。

Instantly attack the enemy base with a laser.

つまりレーザーで瞬時に相手の核を無力化できる。
