江戸時代までは日本には身分制度があった。

Until the Edo period, there was a Social division in Japan.

:

士農工商という四つの種類である。

There are four types, Shi No Ko Syo.

:

上から①士（武士）　②農（農民）　③工（職人）　④商（商人）であった。

From the top, they were (1) Shi (samurai), (2) No (farmer), (3) Ko (craftsman), and (4) Syo (merchant).

:

「商」とは商業、すなわち「カネ儲け」に携わる人たちである。

"Syo" are people involved in "commerce, that is, making money."

:

日本では一番卑しい身分が「商」である。

The lowest status in Japan is "Syo (merchant)".

:

現代では身分制度が廃止され、すっかり社会が変化した。

In modern times, the social division system has been abolished and society has changed completely.

:

欧米では「商人」、すなわち「カネ儲け」をしている者の身分が一番高い。

In Europe and the United States, the status of "merchant", that is, those who make "money" is the highest.

実は武士道から見て、「カネ儲け」は一番卑しい者がすることなのである。

In fact, from the perspective of Bushido, "making money" is what the most lowly people do.

武士は世の中のために正義を貫くことを是とした。

The samurai decided to stick to justice for the sake of the world.

武士は医者であったり学者であったり、ボランティアで子供たちに勉強を教えていたりもした。

Samurai were doctors, scholars, and volunteered to teach children to study.

寺子屋の教育制度はその代表である。

The education system of TERAKOYA is a representative example.

だから近隣の人たちは、武士の生活を支えるために衣食住の世話もしていた。

Therefore, the neighbors also took care of food, clothing and shelter to support the life of the samurai.

それは循環する経済といえよう。

It can be said that it is a circulating economy.

日本の美徳は欧米によって破壊された。

The virtues of Japan were destroyed by the West.

悪の経済は搾取を目的としている。

善の経済は与えることを目的としている。

善の経済は循環している。

The good economy is circulating.

善の経済とは神の「いろは経済」のことである。

The good economy is God's "Iroha economy."

「いろは経済」は愛であり、無償で与えられる日の光である。

"Iroha economy" is love and the sunshine given free of charge.

人々が喜びをもって働くのが神の社会。

It is God's society that people work with joy.

悪は人の律法による経済で社会を支配する。

Evil rules society in the economy of the law of man.

人の支配する経済は不平不満だらけである。

The economy dominated by humans is full of complaints.

愛と喜びが「いろは経済」である。

Love and joy are "Iroha economy".
