二つの道

Two Ways

富士は神の山である。

Fuji is the mountain of God.

ヒノモトの象徴でもある。

It is also a symbol of Hinomoto.

「ひふみ」という絶対領域に通じるところだ。

It is in the absolute area called "Hifumi."

それと対照的なのが鳴門だ。

In contrast to that is Naruto.

鳴門海峡という渦の巻く海が日本にある。

The swirling sea called Naruto Channel is in Japan.

この鳴門が「いろは」を象徴していると言える。

It can be said that this Naruto symbolizes "Iroha".

実は、富士と鳴門は別のものではなく一つのものなのだ。

To tell the truth, Fuji and Naruto are not separate things but one thing.

富士の裾野が鳴門であり、鳴門の渦の中心が富士の頂上である。

The base of Fuji is Naruto, and the center of the vortex of Naruto is the top of Mt. Fuji.

富士の頂上に辿り着くのは厳しく辛い。

It is hard and hard to get to the top of Fuji.

だが鳴門の渦に身を任せれば中心に辿り着く。

But if you leave yourself in the Naruto whirlpool, you will reach the center.

厳しい道と優しい道。

A tough way and a gentle way.

父なる神は厳しいが、母なる神は優しい。

The Father is strict, but the Mother God is kind.

これがヒノモトの神の道である。

This is Hinomoto's God's way.

二つの日と月を結ぶのがノモトの道。

It is the way of Nomoto that connects the sun and the moon.
