近い将来、「ベーシック・インカム」が世界的な制度となるであろう。

In the near future, "Basic Income" will be a global system.

これは誰にでも、生活に必要な最低限のおカネが支給されるというものだ。

This means that everyone will receive the minimum money needed for life.

例えば、毎月あなたの銀行口座に２０万円が支給されるとしよう。

For example, suppose that your bank account is paid ¥ 200,000 each month.

あなたは働かなくていいと思って喜ぶかもしれない。

You may be pleased to think you do not have to work.

しかし喜ぶのはまだ早い。

But it is too early to rejoice.

福祉や老齢年金や医療保険等の恩恵にあづかることが出来ないならどうする。

What to do if you can not benefit from welfare, old age pensions, medical insurance, etc.

「ベーシック・インカム」とは、政府が一定のおカネを支給するから、それで生活しなさい、というように聞こえる。

"Basic income" sounds like the government pays a certain amount of money so live on it.

しかし、その代わり足りなくなったおカネは自分でなんとかしなさい、ということにもなる。

However, instead of that, the money that is not enough will be managed by itself.

もしあなたが腎臓病で透析を受ける場合、日本では毎月４０万円必要だ。

If you get dialysis due to kidney disease, you need 400,000 yen every month in Japan.

現在、日本では公的助成制度があるので、透析の費用はそこで支給される。

しかし、「ベーシック・インカム」の制度のもとでは、不足分の２０万円は自分で捻出しなければならない。

さらに「ベーシック・インカム」で重要なことは、電子マネーで支給されることだ。

それに伴って、紙幣等の通貨は無くなる。

これから解放できるのは「いろは経済」だけだ。

The only thing that can be released is "Iroha's economy."
